1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Product Specifications & Food Purity Guarantee

Akira specializes in traditional stone-ground masale, whole spices, and Western Ghats Aquilaria agallocha (Agarwood) oud derivatives. We adhere to the highest standard of culinary integrity:

Aroma Preservation: All spices are packaged in multi-layered, hermetically sealed 100 Gram aroma pouches to retain natural volatile essential oils.
Zero Adulteration: Our products are prepared free from artificial food colorings, synthetic dyes (such as Sudan dye), bulk fillers, or chemical preservatives.
FSSAI Compliance: All manufacturing and packaging facilities comply with Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) norms.

3. Pricing, Payments & Invoicing

Currency & Taxes: All prices listed are in Indian National Rupees (INR ₹) and are inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Order Confirmation: An order is deemed confirmed upon successful receipt of payment or authorization of Cash on Delivery (COD) verification.
Price Revisions: Akira reserves the right to revise catalog prices based on agricultural spice harvests without prior notice; however, confirmed orders will be honored at the booked price.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform—including but not limited to the brand name "Akira", recipes, roasting formulations, logos, packaging graphics, design layouts, and software code—is the exclusive intellectual property of Akira Agro & Masale. Any unauthorized duplication, reverse-engineering, or commercial reproduction is strictly prohibited under the Copyright Act, 1957.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not:

Submit false or fraudulent orders or dealership applications.
Attempt to disrupt server functionality through denial of service or malicious payloads.
Misrepresent partnership rights or impersonate official Akira representatives.

6. Limitation of Liability & Dispute Jurisdiction

Akira Agro & Masale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from third-party courier transit delays. Our total liability for any verified claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order under dispute.
